What animals do you support?

We currently support every pet that has been tested! If you think your pet won't work, please reach out to us and we'll test it for you.

How many images do I need to upload?

You need to upload at least 10 images of your pet. We do not accept images that are low quality or have poor lighting.

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds once a print has been shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with the image prior to print, we will work with you to ensure you're happy with the output or provide a partial refund.

Do you offer different styles?

Yes, we offer various styles including realistic, cartoon, and watercolor. You can specify your preferred style after placing an order.

What kind of images do I need to upload?

You need to upload images of your pet that are high quality and have good lighting. We do not accept images that are low quality or have poor lighting.

What is your turnaround time?

Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 hours for the artwork.

Delivery usually takes from 5 - 7 working days.

Can you crop my images?

Don't worry, as you are uploading the image, there is a helpful cropping tool so that you can edit your photos as you upload.

Best results when you center your pet in the image.
