- We currently support every pet that has been tested! If you think your pet won't work, please reach out to us and we'll test it for you.
- What kind of images do I need to upload?
- You need to upload images of your pet that are high quality and have good lighting. We do not accept images that are low quality or have poor lighting.
- How many images do I need to upload?
- You need to upload at least 10 images of your pet. We do not accept images that are low quality or have poor lighting.
- What is your turnaround time?
- Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 hours.
- What if I want to change the style of the image?
- It's easy once your pet is trained. Just generate new images with the style you want.
- Do you offer different styles?
- Yes, we offer various styles including realistic, cartoon, and watercolor. You can specify your preferred style when placing an order.
- What is your refund policy?
- We do not offer refunds once a print has been shipped. However, if you are not satisfied with the image prior to print, we will work with you to ensure you're happy with the output or provide a partial refund (less GPU costs to train your pet).
- What is a good photo to upload?
- Close up time! Be sure your pet's photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally without a filter and in natural lighting. Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, neck, and chest as possible. This will allow us to get a good crop of your pets face. See our full image guidelines here.
